Nigeria's mobile phone companies move closer to listings on the Nigerian Stock Exchange

The Nigerian Stock Exchange said it’s making headway in persuading the four mobile-phone companies in Africa’s largest economy to sell their shares.

“The stance has moved from them not wanting to list to them looking at how to deal with the issues that would make it unattractive to list,” Chief Executive Officer Oscar Onyema said by phone from Seoul today. “We’re gaining traction.”
