Kushal Dutta appointed Managing Director of Jovago Nigeria

Jovago, Africa’s largest hotel booking portal, has appointed Kushal Dutta as the Managing Director of Jovago Nigeria.
 
Prior to Kushal Dutta’s appointment to lead Jovago’s Nigerian operations, Marek Zmyslowski served as Managing Director of Jovago Nigeria.
 
Speaking on Dutta’s appointment, Paul Midy, Chief Executive Officer of Jovago said “Kushal has made countless contributions to Jovago’s success. We are positive that he is the kind of leader we need at Jovago right now. In his new role as Managing Director, Kushal will continue to serve the company with his unique insights, creativity and inspiration.”
 
Speaking on his appointment, Dutta said “I am delighted to lead Jovago Nigeria’s operations. As a team, we are pleased to carry on the vision and continue to increase our impact as Africa’s largest hotel booking platform.”
 
“I clearly realize the scale of the assignment ahead and we are dedicated to expanding our portfolio within Nigeria, and around the world,” Dutta added.
 
Prior to Kushal Dutta’s appointment as MD of Jovago Nigeria, he was Jovago’s Head of Revenue Management.
 
Jovago was the first African company to partner with Google Hotel Ads. Jovago’s online portfolio of hotels includes 8,000 properties in Nigeria and over 200,000 units around the world. Jovago is one of a collection of online companies operated by Africa Internet Group (AIG).
